    Why do we make our Direct Hire Placement Fees so low? We want to make our Services attractive and available to retailers like YOU. Our Bill Rates for Temporary Help are marked up approximately 70% over Pay Rate. Example: For a Cashier that we pay $8.00 an hour, we bill you $13.60 an hour. Does that sound high?
