 TEMPORARY HELP RATES

Temporary workers are billed out for each hour actually worked. Hourly billing rates include coverage of the following:

  • Temporary's payroll cost, preparation and taxes
  • Workers Compensation coverage
  • Crime bonding
  • Errors & Omissions coverage
  • Screening, Testing (all workers) and Training (cashiers only)

 DIRECT HIRE RATES
  • New Policy: $600 Placement fee for Seasonal Help (Up to 12 weeks max)
  • $1750-2250 Placement Fee for Full-Time Help
  • 30 Day Replacement Guarantee on Direct Hires (Full-Time Only)
