We do not take the "word" of a prospective candidate that he or she has the
above qualifications.
Instead, we qualify, screen and test each candidate utilizing:
- Phone prescreening
- Comprehensive in-person interviewing and assessment
- Thorough reference check
- 1-9/Social Security number verification
- Prove It! (TM) testing (for customer service/computer/clerical)
- Drug testing (customized option)
- Criminal background check (customized option)
- Credit check (customized option)
