 SCREENING AND TESTING

Less than 10% of the prospective candidates who want to work for or be represented by Cashiers Unlimited actually qualify to do so.

Why? Because we are very selective in hiring people.

To work for or be represented by Cashiers Unlimited, a candidate must possess:

    1. Good moral and work ethics

    2. Positive attitude

    3. Success potential

    4. Flexibility

    5. Work experience and skill (unless entry-level)

We do not take the "word" of a prospective candidate that he or she has the above qualifications.

Instead, we qualify, screen and test each candidate utilizing:

  • Phone prescreening
  • Comprehensive in-person interviewing and assessment
  • Thorough reference check
  • 1-9/Social Security number verification
  • Prove It! (TM) testing (for customer service/computer/clerical)
  • Drug testing (customized option)
  • Criminal background check (customized option)
  • Credit check (customized option)

We make available to our clients over 30 different customized applicant screens/background checks
